Done Is Better Than Perfect (Imperfect Steps Lead to Results and Refinement)

Hi There!  It's Rhea here!  Whew!  I have been go-fight-win in getting us ready to launch the registration for the My Love Bomb Program and the Prospective Facilitator's Path and as such I have missed connecting to you all for a few weeks!

I'm back and I'm excited to be heading into the next steps towards getting to connect with all of you more in person.  I've got the You Matter International Facebook Group opened up and slowly growing as we head into July where I'll be launching an Open Hearted Life Challenge for us all to do together.

Meanwhile, here we are.  Done is Better Than Perfect.  I'm not sure if it's my life experience, or becoming a mommy, but embracing this principle has become liberating on so many levels.  Dropping the expectation of self-perfection, letting go of that inner critic's grip, and therefore also becoming way easier on those in my life, has been life changing.  It enhances my relationship with myself, has exploded my soul fulfilling relationships within my life, and is a huge source of happiness and love magic inside of my family.

Have a look!

Love,

Dr. Rhea

Yay! My life/body/relationship/friendship is falling apart! (Said nobody, ever.)

Hi There!

It's Rhea here with this week's Love Bombers podcast episode.  Today I'm speaking after a re-inspiration from the review of a talk that I gave back in 2013 at The Wave, a large chiropractic event.

You can actually watch it right here (note the start gives a vision of where I initially set out to go with the film, and while Oscors didn't end up our path, lol, all of that determination certainly led me here to the My Love Bomb path and what an inspiring discovery it continues to be!)

The primary theme is, what happens when something in our life feels like it is falling apart?  How can we find our ground, and then choose a viewpoint that will assist us in building the next steps of our lives?

"Every act of creation is first of all an act of destruction." -Pablo Picasso (as seen on Restoration Hardware's construction site!).

Wishing everyone a huge dose of springtime inspiration for the budding next chapters of your lives, no matter what reorganization might be occurring!

Big Love,

Dr. Rhea Zimmerman Komarek

Gamechanger Design: Quick Fix or Delayed Gratification?

If you are like me, you have definitely gotten into going for quick fixes, in fact, the more urgent the desire for change often means the higher desire for a quick fix/magic bullet.  The reality I have learned (the hard way) over time is that most of the time, if something seems to good to be true, it often is.  So, what is the alternative?  Focusing instead on the feel good of knowing you are taking small but steady steps, in the right direction, so that a year from now you can look back and say, wow, that was crazy-effective.  Almost like a magic bullet :)
